Reason No. 1:<\/strong> A Lack of Resources<\/p>\n Adis M Haber, CEO of Premier Mobile Spa,<\/em> thinks she knows why. \u201cI think most employers believe that [health and wellness programs are important] in principle, but in reality, there\u2019s not a lot of resources given to them,\u201d she says. \u201cThe reason for that is because there are things that are more pressing, such as profit or productivity.
